Your purchase with Vow & Wow

Vow & Wow is the customer-facing storefront of KC Solutions, owned by Kenneth Clark in Kansas City, Missouri. Questions about the store or an order? Email vowandwow.admin@gmail.com.

Product listings and prices

Prices are in US dollars. Listings marked “Coming soon” are available to browse and save, but are not offered for purchase. A “From” price on a coming-soon listing is a planned starting price; the final price depends on the selected option and pack contents. Saving an item does not reserve stock or place an order.

When ordering is available, review the item, selected option, pack quantity, shipping information and final total before paying. Shipping charges and any applicable tax are displayed before payment. We will not substitute an item or increase a completed order’s charge without your agreement.

Payment and fulfillment

Stripe processes payments for Vow & Wow. Card statements use the name VOW AND WOW; your bank may display a shortened version. An order confirmation acknowledges your order and payment status, not shipment.

We source products from third-party suppliers, including products found on Temu. Supplier availability and delivery dates are checked after customer payment is confirmed. These listings use previously recorded supplier descriptions; they are not a live inventory feed. If the described item cannot be supplied at the price you paid, we refund the unfulfilled item and applicable shipping instead of substituting it or charging you more. Vow & Wow is your contact for delivery, cancellations, returns and refunds. We are an independent store and do not represent that Temu operates or endorses this website.

If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you and refund the unfulfilled item and shipping charged solely for that item. Our Shipping & returns policy explains delays and return requests.

Your details and rights

Please provide an accurate contact email and delivery address, and contact us promptly about mistakes. Our Privacy notice explains how we handle your information. These terms do not limit rights or remedies provided by applicable law.
