This notice covers vow-and-wow.com, the Vow & Wow storefront operated by KC Solutions, owned by Kenneth Clark in Kansas City, Missouri. Contact vowandwow.admin@gmail.com with privacy questions or requests.
Browsing and saved plans
Your favorites, shopping bag and store preferences are saved locally in your browser. Clearing browser storage removes them. Checkout also uses browser session storage and a signed cookie, lasting up to 24 hours, to connect your checkout to its order-status page. The site does not currently load advertising trackers.
Website requests can include your IP address, browser information and requested page. Our hosting providers process these requests to deliver and protect the site. Product images load from Temu’s image service, and fonts load from Google Fonts; these providers receive the connection information needed to deliver those resources.
Orders and support
When purchasing is available, Stripe collects and processes payment information. Our website server does not receive full card numbers. We store the customer contact details, delivery address, ordered items, payment amount and payment references needed to fulfill and support paid orders. If you contact us, we receive the information you include in your message.
Order confirmations and internal fulfillment alerts may be sent using Make and Gmail. Those services process the email address and order details needed for delivery. We use this information to process and fulfill orders, provide customer support, handle returns and refunds, protect the store from misuse and maintain business records.
Store analytics and optional reminders
We count page views, additions to bags and checkout activity using first-party event records with random event identifiers. We do not store your IP address, browser fingerprint or advertising profile in these analytics records. Browser activity measurement respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control; payment records remain necessary for orders. If you opt in through Stripe, we may send a reminder after an unpaid checkout expires, at most once in seven days. Every reminder includes an unsubscribe link. We retain a protected preference record to honor unsubscribes. Wedding dates are optional and used to review fulfillment needs, not to promise delivery.
Order tracking
Your confirmation email contains a private order link. Anyone with that link can view the order’s items and shipment status and submit a cancellation request, so keep it private. We store cancellation requests, shipment details and internal fulfillment records to manage your order. Shipment emails use Make and Gmail. Owner access to the order dashboard requires the shop owner’s ChatGPT sign-in.
Who receives information
Stripe handles payments. Our website and storage providers host the store and order records. We share the delivery and contact information needed to fulfill an order with the selected supplier and shipping carriers. Products may be sourced through Temu and may ship internationally. These providers may process information outside the United States, subject to their services and privacy practices. We do not sell customer information or share it for targeted advertising.
Retention and requests
We retain order and support information for as long as reasonably needed for fulfillment, refunds, disputes, security and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Deletion is handled through customer requests and record review; the store does not automatically delete order records on a fixed schedule.
Email us to request access, correction or deletion of your information. We may need to verify your identity and retain records required to complete transactions or meet legal obligations. Do not send card numbers or sensitive identity documents by email. We will handle requests according to applicable law.
