Shipping & returns

Vow & Wow is preparing to open for orders. Coming-soon items can be saved to your planning bag; they cannot be purchased yet. The following policy applies when an item is available to order.

Delivery

Standard shipping is $5.99 per order to supported US addresses. Supplier availability and delivery dates are not yet confirmed when you order. We will contact you with the delivery information after checking with the supplier. You may cancel an unfulfilled order before supplier fulfillment for a refund. We do not promise event-date delivery unless it is expressly stated for your order. Please allow time before your celebration.

We arrange fulfillment through third-party suppliers after payment is confirmed. Items may ship from different locations; any known split delivery will be disclosed with your order. Vow & Wow remains your contact for delivery questions. We will provide tracking when available.

If we cannot ship within the stated shipment period, we will contact you with a revised date and the option to cancel for a full refund of the unshipped items and related shipping charges. If you do not agree to the delay, we will cancel and refund those items. We will not substitute products without your agreement.

Cancellations

Email vowandwow.admin@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order reference. We can cancel an order before it enters supplier fulfillment. Once fulfillment has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible and the return policy applies. If we cannot supply an item, we will refund it and any shipping charged solely for that item.

30-day returns

Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return of an unused item in its original condition and packaging. We will provide return instructions and the return address. Do not send a return to the address on the delivery package without contacting us first.

For a change-of-mind return, you pay return postage. We refund the returned item price; separately charged original shipping is not refunded unless required by law. A return does not need to be arranged directly with Temu.

For a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us with your order reference and a description of the problem. A photo can help but is not a condition for contacting us. We will arrange a refund or an agreed replacement and cover necessary return postage.

Refunds

We aim to issue an approved return refund to the original payment method within five business days after receiving and checking the return. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the funds. Cancellation and unavailable-item refunds will be issued promptly. This policy does not limit rights provided by applicable law.
